Job Duties:
- CDL A/B - automatic deliver trucksCDL-A will be a day cab in 53' VAN's and possibly REEFERSCDL-B will be 26' ST W & WO LG, believe mostly VANS but might have some REEFERSLocal deliveries throughout Maryland, Baltimore metro area, Washington DC, and surrounding markets
- High stop-count delivery routes
- Haul bakery supplies
- Heavy touch freight
- Bring pallets to customer locations
- Break down pallets
- Delviery product inside restaurants and stores
- Lift up to 65 lbs.
- Driving Requirements 22+ years of age
- Valid CDL-A OR B licenseDOT Medical CardFMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
- No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
- No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
- Strong touch freight experience required
- Previous food service, restaurant, bakery supply, or PFG-style delivery experience preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of delivery driving experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate in tight urban delivery environments, including Baltimore and Washington, DCStrong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently after completing training
- Comfortable with high stop-count routes and physically demanding deliveries
- Must successfully complete client interview and road test prior to placement
