Senior Paid Media Manager: Growth & Performance

Astound is seeking a Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead a multi-channel paid media strategy, optimize performance, and drive customer acquisition. You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget and coach a high-performing team across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting initiatives. Collaborating with Analytics, eCommerce, and senior leadership, you will apply data-driven insights, forecasting, and attribution to improve revenue and efficiency while evolving the paid media
