APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)We're seeking a bilingual Corporate HR Manager to oversee Human Resources operations across six manufacturing facilities supporting approximately 1,000 employees. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where HR is viewed as a true business partner. You'll lead a team of HR professionals while working alongside operations leadership to support employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, benefits, and leadership development.
What You'll Do:
Lead HR operations across multiple locations Develop and mentor HR Specialists Partner with Operations leaders Drive consistency across HR practices Support employee relations and compliance Participate in benefits administration Oversee workers' compensation and regulatory matters Travel throughout Florida approximately 25-30% What We're Looking For: Multi-site/hands-on HR leadership experience Manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial experience preferred Bilingual English/SpanishStrong employee relations background Hands-on leadership style Ability to build relationships with hourly employees and executive leadership alike Why Join Us?
