Lovesac is seeking a Concierge, Post Purchase, to ensure seamless, premium omnichannel order fulfillment from purchase through delivery and installation. You will QA orders, coordinate with Customer Experience, Ecommerce, Showrooms, Logistics, and delivery partners, and communicate proactively with customers.
