What You will Do:
Verify delivered items against IFC drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and vendor documents.
Check dimensions, orientation, alignment, supports, tie-in points, and installation interfaces.
Identify shipping damage, missing components, and design or fabrication deviations.
Raise inspection reports, punch items, and non-conformance reports.
Coordinate corrective actions with engineering, fabrication, construction, and quality teams.
Confirm mechanical systems are ready for installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Lead site inspectors and maintain inspection and completion records.
Supervise the activities of contractors
Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Idaho
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Construction environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Must have construction experience
Experience can be in India, not a must in US experience in construction.
Successful candidate is someone who can start work with minimal / no supervision.
Candidate should be fit to work in construction environment.
