Position Title: Computer Technician
Department: Technology
Reports To: Director of Technology
Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Familiar with PC's and general networking.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Chrome OS, iOS.Familiar with Google Products (G Suite).Familiar with configuring workstations for use on network.
Knowledge of wireless technology a plus.
Highly developed communication and human relations skills.
Such other qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Essential Functions: Assist with service, maintenance, and implementation on technology equipment.
Performance Responsibilities:
Provides for maintenance/repair services for all technology equipment.
Sets up users' accounts and email accounts on machines.
Assists school staff in installing and troubleshooting software.
Assists in maintaining inventory of computer equipment in the district.
Performs other such duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
