- 7+ years of IT QA / software testing experience
- 5+ years developing and executing test cases
- Strong defect identification, documentation & tracking experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Functional, regression, integration, system & UAT testing
- Experience with SQL/database testing
- API and system integration testing
- Automated testing experience preferred
