Missions Within the Delegation of General Affairs Territories Youth and Quality of Life (TJQV), the Directorate of Planning and Real Estate (DAI) supports the implementation of regional planning actions and manages the entire heritage belonging to the Region: high schools, Houses of the Region, Museums, higher education buildings, etc. Its mission is to implement the regional real estate policy and maintenance of regional buildings - constructing buildings, restructuring them, operating and maintaining them – focused on the quality of the built environment, as well as on efficiency in the act of building and managing the regional built heritage, within a strategy of energy management making extensive use of renewable energies. Profile SoughtYou have experience in a similar position and possess technical and regulatory knowledge in energy management and eco-construction, particularly in geothermal energy. You are familiar with fire safety regulations in public buildings and environmental regulations. You have experience in conducting construction operations and project management. You also have a good understanding of public procurement and IT tools. You are recognized for your relational skills and your ability to work in a team. You have a synthesis and initiative spirit. Finally, your rigor and organization provide you with autonomy in your missions.
