Key Responsibilities: As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will perform a series of critical functions, including: Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establishing effective, individualized treatment plans. Implementing evidence-based therapies tailored to promote personal development and emotional well-being, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).Setting measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring and documenting client progress to ensure accountability and adaptation of therapeutic approaches. Providing accessible teletherapy services for clients facing geographic or mobility challenges, ensuring no one is left without support. Maintaining detailed and accurate client records in accordance with ethical standards and best practices. Participating in ongoing professional development and training to remain abreast of new methodologies and therapeutic techniques. Patient Population / Client FocusYour client interactions will encompass a broad range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Our clients include individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, many of whom seek to navigate the complexities of life transitions, stress management, and emotional wellness. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through their journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications: To qualify for this role, candidates must possess: A current and valid state license as either an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude, essential for building trust with clients. Demonstrated organizational and time-management capabilities to handle diverse caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience: While all applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with: Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling, showcasing versatility in client interaction.
