Production Line LeaderOur client, Production and Manufacturing Operations is seeking a Production Line Leader to join their team. As a Production Line Leader, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the Bottling Plant team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, hands-on mechanical troubleshooting, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Lead daily bottling line production activities and coordinate workflow to keep operations moving efficiently. Monitor production priorities, communicate clearly with internal teams, and support seamless shift transitions through detailed handoffs. Perform skilled troubleshooting and run verifications to ensure processes meet quality standards and operational specifications. Review and generate production documentation to meet quality requirements and timing deadlines. Oversee safety compliance on the floor, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to all safety protocols. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Mechanical/manufacturing experience required; 3+ years of machine operating experience preferred. Strong ability to lift over 50 pounds and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. while working with equipment and product. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive reaching, grasping, and lifting tasks. Basic math skills, solid troubleshooting ability, and basic computer skills; forklift experience preferred and a valid stand-up forklift license preferred.
