The processing line stops, and that is when this job starts. If the machines are not right in the morning, everyone knows it. This is a food processing plant handling and packaging eggs. The work happens on the production floor after operations wind down, around moving mechanical parts, water, and sanitation chemicals. Temperatures are controlled for product standards, with cooler zones in certain areas. Noise stays moderate.
