Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hourPROMAN Staffing has partnered with a local nonwoven manufacturing company and is seeking reliable Operators to join their production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment.* Load and monitor materials to maintain proper production flow.* Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards.* Record production data accurately.* Make minor machine adjustments as needed.* Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.* Assist with equipment repairs and changeovers.* Operate winding and wrapping equipment.* Support team members and maintain a clean work area.* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.* Textile or nonwoven manufacturing experience is a plus.* Must have at least ONE year of Machine Operation Experience* Basic computer, math, and measurement skills.* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.* Ability to stand for extended periods.* Ability to bend, climb, crawl, and work around machinery safely.
