Business Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and analysis throughout the software development lifecycle, translating client and business needs into detailed specifications for development and testing teams. Analyze customer requests, assess system impacts, and evaluate potential solutions while communicating the benefits and tradeoffs of proposed enhancements. Gather and interpret information from customers, product guides, prospectuses, marketing materials, workflows, and mockups to develop effective business solutions. Partner with development, testing, and client-facing teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support successful product releases. Independently manage day-to-day challenges, identify opportunities to improve product functionality, and ensure requirements are clearly documented, complete, and aligned with customer needs.
