Certified Nursing Assistant

Requirements: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri. Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare preferred, but not required where applicable. Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults. Dependable with a strong commitment to resident care and safety. Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the nursing team. Understanding of basic infection prevention and resident-safety practices. Commitment to protecting resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
