Diamond Peak Ski Resort Customer Service AssistantAt Diamond Peak; mainly work in an outdoor environment assisting customers with extra help including equipment, directions and answering general questions as they enter the Ski Resort in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Directions including preferred parking, tickets, CSC, private lessons, rentals, food and beverage. Provide optimal level of customer services resolving issues and providing accurate information on products/promotions. Req: HS diploma (GED) & 3 mo. related customer service; valid Driver's License & able to lift/move up to 25 lbs. Ability to ski/board a plus. Schedule is weekends & holidays only. Rate: $20/hr.
