System Administrator 2-IT

Responsibilities: Datacenter Services Operations - Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance: conducts end-to-end on-site hardware installation, performs troubleshooting without disturbing critical infrastructure and configurations, under supervision; replaces server components and upgrades servers for existing customer base under close supervision. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: monitors, reviews, and analyzes ticket queues and system logs or console alarm messaging, addressing basic incidents and escalating more complex issues to senior technicians; implements technical solutions to enhance or trouble the system within SLAs, escalating issues that affect maintaining the environments with guidance. Safety, Security, Compliance, and Documentation: learns and follows established SOPs/MOPs; ensures work aligns with site rules and security controls; ensures compliance with health and safety guidelines during on-site work and in office settings.
