You'll find, shape and close AI work with business and technology leaders across finance, operations, HR and supply chain. Sometimes you'll sell on your own, and sometimes alongside the firm's other advisory practices. The practice sits inside a fast-growing, PE-backed finance and accounting advisory firm. Its offerings run from readiness assessments and workflow automation to forward-deployed build teams and multi-year AI Transformation Offices. Its domain experts decide what a correct output looks like, so you'll be selling AI that holds up in regulated finance work. This role is for a seller who has carried a number at partner level and wants to build a book from the ground up. You won't be inheriting one.
What You'll Do:- Find, shape and close engagements across every AI Services offering, against a personal sales target
- Sell to executives in finance, operations, HR and supply chain, and to the technology leaders who sponsor AI programs
- Run joint pursuits with the firm's other practices so AI shows up in their client proposals by default
- Lead pricing and deal structure on fixed-fee and outcome-based engagements, without giving away margin
- Own the practice pipeline, forecast and win-loss reviews in the CRMRepresent the firm at executive roundtables, industry events and conferences, and through published points of view
- Coach partners and managing directors across the firm to spot and qualify AI opportunities
Qualifications:- 15+ years in professional services or advisory, including 5+ years selling at partner, principal or managing director level
- A record of personally bringing in multi-million-dollar annual revenue in data, analytics, AI or business transformation
- Experience selling AI or data work across several business functions, not just one department
- Comfortable leading a conversation with business and technology executives in the same room
- Experience structuring and pricing complex engagements, including fixed-fee and outcome-based models
- Executive presence with C-suite and board audiences
Nice to Have:- Financial services or other regulated-industry clients
- Background at a Big Four, strategy or technology consulting firm
- Experience building a new practice or service lineMBA or equivalent
Why Join Us:
This is a practice being built right now, backed by a firm with deep finance and accounting credibility and a large client base to sell into. You'll have a real say in how AI Services goes to market, what it sells and how it prices. In year one, success means anchor engagements signed across more than one business function, and a pipeline that keeps the delivery team busy. xhqgsiq If you want to build something and put your name on the number, this is the seat.
