Rite-Hite Customer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department. This position is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment in an assigned area on-site at our location in Charlotte. This includes: Working with the Sales department, customers, and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts Ensuring accurate invoicing An emphasis on data entry and order maintenance The ability to work on a team and adhering to detail This is not a contact or call center job. Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications: One year of related experience minimum. A commitment to quality. Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
