Senior Automotive Weatherseal Design Engineer (EV)

Tuopu USA seeks an experienced Automotive Weatherstrip Profile Design Engineer to lead the development, section optimization, and vehicle integration of door-frame sealing systems. This role focuses on EPDM/TPV co-extruded profiles, molded corner-joint design, and end-to-end ownership from concept through SOP. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with EV sealing programs and CATIA or NX proficiency, plus familiarity with CLD tuning, DFMEA, and PPAP processes.
