What You'll Do:- Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Run service calls and handle necessary repairs
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance
Explain findings and options to homeowners clearly and honestly. No high-pressure sales.
Keep accurate job notes and invoices using our field service software
Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized
Take after-hours emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule
What We're Looking For:- 3-5 years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA 608 Type II or Universal certification required
- Install experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including reading wiring diagrams
- A professional, friendly attitude with homeowners
