Shift: Days 6:50a-7p (4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule)
Description:
We are seeking skilled Blow Molding Process Technicians for a plastics packaging company in New Berlin, WI.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or olderMinimum of 1+ years of experience with blow molding equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and operationExperienced with basic computer and iPad operations; including using Microsoft Office programsMechanically inclined, ability to provide own basic toolsJob Duties: Set-up and Operate blow-molding machinesTroubleshoot and adjust machinesPerform routine maintenanceAdhere to customer specifications and work safelyCompliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agenciesBenefits: Health insurance: high-deductible and copay plans; medical starts first of month after 30 daysVision, dental, FSA, HSA, prescription coverage 401k: starts first of month after 90 days; 50% match on first 6% of eligible pay; vesting over 6 years (10% at year 1) Employer-sponsored life insurance after 1 year: 2x annual salary up to $100,000PTO/Holiday Pay
