Job Description: Grassland Dairy Products is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Dryer Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this key role, you’ll help transform fresh dairy liquids—like milk and whey—into high-quality powdered products used across the globe.

What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor state-of-the-art drying equipment in our fluid department
Ensure efficient, safe, and consistent drying processes for dairy products
Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance
Work closely with quality assurance to meet product specifications
Maintain cleanliness and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Keep accurate logs and documentation throughout the production process

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Compensation: Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/hr to $31.12/hr, plus a $1.00/hr shift differential.
