Applications Engineer Marietta, GA | On-Site, Flex HoursFull Time | $82 - 100K, depending on experience
Summary:
The Applications Engineer will provide engineering support for the Aftermarket Parts and Service division. To be successful in this role candidates need a detailed understanding of both the technical and business processes related to the design and supply of standardized and custom industrial heating processing equipment.
Job Duties:
Provide engineering support for customer issues.
Provide engineering support Service & Parts Department.
Provide support for retrofit projects as needed. Retrofit support will typically include assistance with quotes and budgeting. This may also require site visits to evaluate customer equipment.
Manage the details and schedules for all of the above.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4 year university
- Direct industry experience engineering thermal fluid heaters, heat exchangers, boilers or similar industrial processing equipment
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Strong customer service mindset
