Dietary CookCanyon Springs Post Acute is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dietary Cook to join our dietary services team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting and is committed to providing residents with high-quality, nutritious meals that meet therapeutic dietary requirements. Full-Time | Split Shift (2 Days AM / 2 Days PM)

Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and therapeutic diet guidelines. Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions, physician orders, and food safety standards. Maintain proper food storage, sanitation, and infection control procedures. Monitor food quality, freshness, and a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with the Dietary Manager and care team to support resident satisfaction and nutritional needs.
