Corporate Transactions Attorney - Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Corporate Transactions Attorneys with strong M&A expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Key Responsibilities: Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations. Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios. Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance. Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs. Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows. Qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm. Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
