BCBA — Minnesota | 100% Remote Work from anywhere in Minnesota. Change lives everywhere. This is a warm, family-centered ABA organization on a mission to empower kids with autism — one step at a time. They deliver evidence-based therapy for children 18 months to 21 years, built on genuine family partnerships and a real commitment to growth and progress. Now they' re looking for a BCBA to bring that same heart to a fully remote role. No commute. No clinic. Just great clinical work — done your way, from wherever you are in Minnesota.
About the role:
You’ll carry a telehealth caseload, designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans while coaching families and supervising behavior technicians — all virtually. You’ll be part of a team of compassionate, highly trained professionals dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, with a focus on building communication, social, and life skills through evidence-based practices. This is a role for someone who leads with warmth, thinks critically, and believes that great ABA doesn’t require four walls. Don’t have your Minnesota LBA yet? No problem. Minnesota requires a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential to practice — but if you hold your BCBA and haven’t gotten your LBA yet, this team will support you through the process.
