$85-95kOverview: A growing manufacturing organization is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3+ years of manufacturing experience who wants to grow with a stable, long-standing company.
What you’ll do:- Analyze manufacturing and operational costs, margins, and variances
- Support inventory valuation, WIP, finished goods, and cycle counts
- Prepare cost reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Assist with forecasting and monthly close
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
- What they’re looking for:2–3+ years of manufacturing accounting/cost accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, reporting, analysis)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
