Area VP, Construction — Growth, P&L & Client Leadership

Concrete Strategies, Inc. is seeking an Area Vice President to lead a defined geography, drive sales alignment, safety, quality, and P&L performance while executing strategic initiatives. You will partner with the Regional Vice President, oversee project delivery and client relationships, and develop Area leaders to ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, and risk management across the Area. This role requires strong financial discipline and cross-functional collaboration.
