Die Setter / Stamping Press Setup Technician – $22–$26/hrLocation: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time
Experienced with stamping presses, die changes, or machine setups? We want to talk to you! We're hiring a Die Setter / Press Setup Technician for a manufacturing facility in Fort Worth! If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting machinery, and keeping production equipment running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you. We're looking for someone with hands-on stamping press or die-setting experience who takes pride in their work. You don't need to be an expert in every type of tooling or equipment to be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:- Set up, change out, and adjust dies on production equipment
- Work with stamping presses and automated production equipment
- Troubleshoot basic tooling and press issues to keep production moving
- Inspect dies and tooling for wear or damage
- Make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Assist with routine tooling maintenance
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment as needed
- Work alongside production and maintenance teams
What We're Looking For:- At least 1 year of hands-on stamping press or die-setting experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Experience with die changes, press setups, or tooling adjustments
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Additional experience is a plus, but not required:
- Automated feed lines
- Injection molding equipment
- Preventative tooling maintenance
- Forklifts or overhead cranes
