A thriving, community-based outpatient practice in Lake Hopatcong, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified or TRULY Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a flexible schedule, manageable patient volume, and a mix of clinical care and leadership within a collaborative, well-supported setting.
Position Highlights: Outpatient-only primary care setting See patients per day
Schedule:
36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly(including rotating Saturday shifts and light call) Treat patients of all ages across the continuum of care
Key responsibilities:
- Preventive care, acute illness/injury management, and chronic disease treatment
- Prescribe medications, vaccinations, order tests, and specialist referrals
- Supervise support staff and provide team-based care direction
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation per E/M and HCC coding standardsEMR system: AthenaFull credentialing and privileging process required Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $220,000 $240,000 (based on experience and training)

Candidate Requirements:
