We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Wet Lab Scientist to support a high‑priority binder screening campaign for engineered T‑cell therapies. You’ll operate at the bench, driving the transition from binder discovery to functional validation.
What You’ll Do:- Engineer primary human T cells using non‑viral delivery (mRNA, transposon DNA; electroporation/nucleofection)
- Monitor viability, recovery, and receptor expression prior to functional assays
- Run high‑throughput screening assays for binder affinity and function
- Maintain/expand primary T cells and Jurkat lines using impeccable aseptic technique
- Perform multi‑color flow cytometry; analyze data in FlowJoExecute functional assays: cytotoxicity (IncuCyte, LDH), cytokine profiling (ELISA/MSD/Luminex), proliferation (CFSE)
- Document all work in ELN with precision for data integrity
- What You BringBS/MS in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or related field 2+ years hands‑on wet lab experience (industry preferred)
- Strong aseptic technique; experience isolating primary T cells from PBMCsExpertise in flow cytometry acquisition & analysis (required)
- Experience with non‑viral transfection methods; comfort with automation/robotics a plus
- Clear communication and ability to present data in fast‑paced sprint meetings
