Remote Research Analyst - Welfare Tech & Market Strategy

Spring Innovation Fund seeks a Research Analyst to support desk and field research, market analysis, business modeling, and ad hoc projects. The role begins as a consulting position (20-40 hrs/week) with potential to grow into a permanent role at Spring. You will conduct market analysis, build financial models in Excel or Google Sheets, conduct interviews with producers or industry partners, and organize data for memo-ready outputs. This is a remote role with a small mission-driven team.
