Mission Readiness Associate 1Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 1, you will be part of the Readiness & Response Operations team supporting Fleet Operations, Base Operations, and Vehicle Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job? Support daily fleet operations by ensuring vehicles, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, fueled, and mission-ready. Execute mission preparation procedures, including software launches, configuration verification, data collection, and issue escalation. Provide logistical support for vehicle movement, storage, spare parts management, and inventory readiness. Assist with documentation, vehicle readiness activities, and operational testing support across multiple locations. Support Base Operations and Vehicle Operations teams with technical tasks, vehicle ingest activities, software deployments, and general testing operations. What's Needed?2-4 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or a related field. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling throughout shifts. Proven ability to multitask, solve problems under pressure, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. What's in it for me?
