At Trustward, we believe that mission-driven organizations deserve financial clarity, strategic support, and the freedom to focus fully on their impact. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we partner with nonprofits and mission-driven businesses across the nation to deliver expert accounting, bookkeeping, tax, compliance, and fractional CFO services built specifically for organizations with a purpose beyond profit. Clients choose Trustward for financials that are accurate, audit-ready, and built for growth, and for a culture of service and collaboration. We care about our clients, their missions, and their people as much as the numbers. Our FP&A Manager helps clients look forward while keeping the books right. You will still do hands-on accounting, and you will turn that work into budgets, forecasts, and analysis that executive directors and boards can actually use to make decisions. For some clients you will serve as their fractional CFO. For others you will work alongside one of our fractional CFOs. Either way, you will be the person clients rely on to answer "What does this mean for next year?"If you're looking for a role where your work aligns with purpose and you'll make a real difference, Trustward offers that environment.
