Client Manager (CPA) | St. Petersburg, FL | $100K - $130K Base + bonuses | HybridSend resume to Michael@SherwoodSP.comA well-established CPA and fractional CFO firm in St. Petersburg is adding a Client Manager to its consulting team. This isn't a traditional public accounting seat. You'll work with the same group of business owners year after year as their go-to financial resource, handling their books, financial statements and tax returns, and being the person they call when something comes up. The firm has about 30 people across the country, is growing around 20% a year entirely through referrals and word of mouth, and has client relationships going back 20 years. Clients pay a premium for a high-touch, high-service experience, and the team takes that seriously. Why this one is different No billable hours. Every engagement is flat-fee, so you're never watching the clock or writing down time Out-of-scope work comes with built-in triggers, and you can earn additional money when you bring it in A manageable book of roughly 100 returns, with the same clients every year so you actually get to know their businesses Hours never go above 50, even during busy season A real partner track for people who want itOnsite at first while you learn the firm's approach, with more hybrid flexibility down the road
