The Opportunity: We’re seeking an experiencedCommercial Roofing Superintendentbased in theNorth Atlanta areato oversee field operations and support projects primarily throughoutGeorgia. This position will also support projects throughout the Southeast, includingTennessee and the Carolinas, as needed. While some regional travel is required, Georgia will be the primary territory and focus of the role. You’ll work closely with project managers, crews, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the company's quality standards.

Responsibilities: Direct and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on commercial roofing projects Oversee re-roof, retrofit, repair, and related commercial roofing work Ensure jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and schedule expectations are met Coordinate closely with project managers, estimators, customers, and field teams Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve field issues Track project progress, schedules, materials, and field reporting Maintain strong communication with general contractors, property managers, and customers Support projects throughout Georgia with periodic travel to Tennessee and the Carolinas

Ideal Background: 5+ years of commercial roofing field experience, ideally as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, includingTPO, EPDM, metal roofing, and re-roof applications Experience managing crews and subcontractors Strong understanding of roofing safety and OSHA requirements Ability to read plans, identify field issues, and keep projects moving Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Based in theNorth Atlanta / North Georgia areaor willing to relocate Comfortable with regional travel as project needs require Take the Next StepIf you’re an experienced commercial roofing professional looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing contractor, we’d like to hear from you.
