Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a lawn mowing crew on daily residential and/or commercial job sitesOperate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and efficientlyEnsure quality control standards are met on every property before leaving the job siteManage crew workflow, assign tasks, and keep the team on schedule throughout the dayPerform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup services to a high standardCommunicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concernsConduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to management Requirements: Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance requiredPrevious crew lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferredProficiency operating commercial mowing and lawn care equipmentValid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers a requiredStrong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple job sitesStrong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude About Us: Parkway Lawn Service Inc has been a trusted name in lawn care throughout the Minneapolis, MN area, delivering reliable and professional services that keep properties looking their best season after season.
