Job Description Preminger Plastic Surgery, a QUAD A-accredited office-based surgical facility on Park Avenue, is seeking an experienced RN to lead our clinical nursing operations. This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week, combining operative days with dedicated administrative time.
What you'll do:
Circulate for aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery casesLead QUAD A accreditation readiness: policies, logs, drills, QA/PI and survey prepRun infection prevention and sterile processing oversightSupervise and train medical assistantsManage clinical supplies and equipmentHandle pre-op and post-op patient calls and coordination What we're looking for Current NYS RN license 3+ years of OR or perioperative experience, including circulatingBLS and ACLSHighly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working independentlyPreferred: BSN, CNOR, office-based or ASC experience, and hands-on accreditation survey experience Why join us You'll have a small, collaborative team, a predictable weekday schedule, and real ownership of clinical operations in a high-quality private practice.
