Top Gun Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Independent Civil Engineering Recruiter to join our growing Civil & Infrastructure recruiting practice. This is a remote, 1099 commission-based opportunity designed for an experienced agency recruiter who understands the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, and AEC marketplace and wants access to an established pipeline of active searches. This is not a start-from-scratch opportunity. You will step into an established recruiting practice with active job orders, existing client relationships, experienced technical leadership, and a national recruiting footprint. What We Are Looking For: The ideal recruiter will have:
- Previous agency or independent recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or the AEC industry
- Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills
- Confidence communicating with engineers, project managers, and technical leadership
- Strong phone recruiting, candidate qualification, and closing abilities
- Ability to independently manage multiple searches
- A self-motivated, production-driven approach
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
