This role focuses on detailed cost analysis, documentation, and collaboration across sales, construction, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build full house budgets and perform detailed quantity takeoffs Prepare job documentation, pricing, and cost estimates for standard and custom options
- Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, grading plans, and ACC requirements
- Support database development and assist sales teams with pricing support
- Collaborate with construction teams and trade partners to maintain accuracy and consistency
Qualifications:
- Residential estimating or takeoff experience required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem solving
- Ability to read and interpret residential plans and building documentation
- Experience with estimating or purchasing software preferred (Hyphen Solutions, Builder MT, Sales Simplicity)
- Bachelor degree a plus
