Perry Homes, LLC is seeking an experienced Paralegal-Real Estate Transactions to support the corporate legal team. You will review contracts, track deadlines, and assist with title commitments, surveys, and closing documents for residential real estate transactions.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in-house or firm experience in real estate law, with strong organizational and communication skills.
