Treasure Island, FLAbout the RoleOur client is seeking a highly capable Superintendent who can oversee multiple active job fronts and lead a team of field personnel with confidence, clarity, and strong operational discipline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced residential construction environment and brings deep experience in high‐end custom homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment
- Lead, mentor, and oversee field teams, subcontractors, and on‐site personnel
- Coordinate all phases of construction from permitting through Certificate of Occupancy
- Maintain strong communication with ownership, project managers, vendors, and clients
- Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and adherence to company standards
- Troubleshoot issues proactively and keep projects moving efficiently
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor progress, conduct site walks, and provide regular updates to leadership
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of residential construction experience 3+ years managing custom home projects valued at $2M+Proven leadership experience managing field teams and multiple job fronts
- Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, including permitting, inspections, scheduling, and closeout
- Ability to read and interpret plans, contracts, and technical documents
