Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Lead, train, schedule, and supervise a team of maintenance and grounds staff. Prioritize and assign work orders, ensuring timely and quality completion. Maintain strong communication with resort management and staff. Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Perform and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance of resort facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water and sewer systems, and general carpentry. Ensure all resort equipment and tools are maintained in safe and operational condition. Groundskeeping: Supervise landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and outdoor cleanliness. Ensure roadways, RV pads, and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and safe. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. Maintain records of inspections, permits, and maintenance logs. Respond to emergency situations, including power outages, water/sewer issues, or storm damage. Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor and manage maintenance supply inventory. Assist with budget planning and cost control for maintenance operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred. Minimum 35 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Knowledge of RV park utilities and infrastructure (preferred but not required). Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in various weather, and be on-call as needed. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Basic computer skills (email, work order tracking software).
