What We're Looking For:- The ideal candidate has:5+ years of residential remodeling experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Experience leading projects from start to finish
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent finish carpentry skills
- Framing experience
- Cabinet installation experience
- Drywall hanging and finishing knowledge
- Flooring installation experience (LVP, hardwood, tile a plus)
- Ability to read plans and layouts
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift 75+ pounds
- Bonus Experience
- Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Solid surface shower systems (Onyx, Samuel Mueller, Durasein, etc.)Tile shower systems
- Schluter products
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Finish painting

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
