Project Harmony seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead operations and compliance, ensuring federal and state employment law adherence, HR policy governance, and confidential handling of employee relations. You will oversee HRIS data integrity, payroll controls, and audits while aligning practices with our mission and values. The role partners with the COO and HR team to drive efficient, compliant HR processes, support strategic initiatives, and manage complex employee matters within a nonprofit
