FSQA Leader: Elevating Food Safety & Quality

The Cochawaii Kapua Orchards FSQA Manager will lead the site FSQA program, ensuring compliance with FDA/FSMA, BRCGS, GMP, and HACCP. You will manage audits, data, training, and continuous improvement across processing stages from orchard to packing, reducing waste and improving quality yield. You will collaborate with Orchard/Plant Management to drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional problem solving, guiding staff and implementing robust QA processes.
