Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls
- Transfer phone calls to their appropriate destination
- Screen employees as necessary or directed
- Complete various audits and computer work
- Qualifications requirements:1 year of experience handling administrative functions preferred
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Customer relations experience with residents, co-workers and families
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and attitude at all times, including crisis situations
- Handle confidential information
- Dependable and flexible
