Arcade Service Technician

Responsibilities: Install and repair arcade equipment across the U.S. Set up and configure payment kiosks, POS systems, and card readers Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing equipment Provide post-sale support and training to customers Communicate professionally with customers and team members Normal work hours are M-F 8-5 PM while in the office. Overtime likely when traveling. Ability to travel up to a week, two times per month for the periodic installations across the U.S. (this is an estimate) All expenses covered while traveling! Reporting office location preferred: Columbus, OH.

Position Requirements: Strong communicative skills including both verbal and written Strong electrical & mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot equipment circuitry and mechanical assemblies Computer repair knowledge with basic networking skills Ability to follow manufacturers installation instructions and program settings. Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work independently Detail oriented
