DC Fulfillment Center Director

ALO is seeking a Site Director, DC to lead the high‑volume distribution center in a fast‑paced, always‑on fulfillment environment. You will drive on‑time delivery, optimize costs, and lead a cross‑functional team across labor, technology, and automation. You will own peak planning, implement Lean and Kaizen practices, and maintain safety compliance while delivering superior customer service through accurate, same‑day and next‑day order fulfillment.
