Timekeeper Position We are seeking an experienced Timekeeper to support a refinery Turnaround project. This position will be responsible for accurately tracking contractor time, reviewing time records, and supporting daily timekeeping requirements in a fast-paced refinery environment. The ideal candidate will have previous Chevron Contractor TRACK experience and a strong understanding of refinery, construction, or Turnaround timekeeping processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily timekeeping for contractors working on a refinery Turnaround
- Enter, review, and maintain accurate time records in Chevron Contractor TRACKTrack regular and overtime hours for employees working a 6x10 Turnaround schedule
- Review time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and project personnel regarding timekeeping issues
- Ensure time is submitted accurately and within required deadlines
- Maintain organized timekeeping records and documentation
- Assist with reporting and reconciliation of labor hours throughout the Turnaround
- Support additional administrative timekeeping needs as required by the project
Qualifications:
Previous Chevron Contractor TRACK experience Previous experience as a timekeeper in a refinery, oil and gas
